Are you having trouble logging in to your Bill.com account?

There are a few things to try if you are having trouble logging in to your bill.com account. If you have never logged in to your account and you did not receive your welcome email (or if you are listed on multiple accounts and your most recent emails don't have links to establish a password), don't worry — you can still get logged in. Simply go to https://app.bill.com/Login and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address used to establish you as a user of the Bill.com account and we will send you a password reset email, which will allow you to establish a new password.

This is the same procedure to follow if you have forgotten your password — there are so many passwords to remember, aren't there?

If you do not have access to your email box, or if you are not receiving your password reset emails, please call Customer Support at 866-989-2455. Phones are open from 8 am to 3 pm PT on weekdays.
