How we look has changed, but who we are has not. Rest assured we’re the same team of people, delivering the same level of service, available at the same address, email and phone number.
So why the change?
We talked to many of our MVCs (Most Valued Customers – that’s you). We listened to you describe, in your own words, what Bill.com means to your life. The takeaway was loud and clear: our true value is that we allow you to shift attention away from day-to-day finances so you can focus instead on what matters most: driving your business forward.
What an honor to serve that role.
After talking with you about your business, we looked at our own with fresh eyes. We set about to illustrate this powerful new insight.
The result? A streamlined design in keeping with the transition from the old world (paper-based, manual processes and writing checks) to the modern digital world.
It also led to our new tagline: Chase dreams, not paper. These four words echo the truth that — whether you are a small business or a controller in a larger business – you’ve got big dreams. And better things to do with your time than push paper around. That’s your passion. Ours, too.
